Go Read with Tecla: E-book Reader for the Physically Disabled

Description

A print disabled person by definition refers to someone who cannot effectively read print because of a visual, physical, perceptual, developmental, cognitive, or learning disability. ‘GoRead’ is an opensource accessible e-book reader for people with print disabilities. Currently GoRead focuses on a visually impaired audience, missing several other categories of the print disabled especially the print disabled due to physical disabilities. Tecla Access is a set of tools that facilitate switch access to mobile devices for people with mobility impairments (physical disabilities). Making GoRead Tecla accessible helps it serve an extended community of the print disabled.
